What is OKR coaching? +
OKR coaching is hands-on guidance for your leaders and teams through real OKR cycles. A coach works alongside you as you set objectives, run check-ins and adapt, so the judgement to do it well stays in your organisation.
How is coaching different from training? +
Training teaches the skills in a workshop. Coaching applies them in the real world over time: a coach observes your actual cycles, gives feedback in the moment and builds capability through practice. Many teams do OKR training first, then coaching.
Who should be coached? +
Usually the leadership team and OKR owners first, then team leads. Coaching the people who set and steward OKRs has the biggest effect on the whole organisation.
