OKR check-ins that change confidence, not report status.
Weekly check-ins exist to help achieve the goal, the key is discussion, not status reporting. Little to talk about week-to-week signals a sub-optimal or under-resourced OKR.
Before the meeting: update Key Result progress, confidence (High/Medium/Low), and comments. The agenda: review confidence with evidence per person, then key learnings, then issues (deep-dive now or schedule a workshop), then plan the week's Initiatives, Process Commitments and Experiments, then capture actions. Occasionally run a ROTI survey, and if an OKR no longer makes sense, say it out loud, then follow Changing or Killing an OKR Mid-Quarter.
Philosophically this is Honing vs Transformation: cheap corrections run weekly, so the organisation never needs the expensive reckoning run late.
From the ZOKRI OKR Handbook, the methodology we install and maintain.
Reading about method is not the same as running it. We install this system and build the capability that stays.
