Matt Roberts

Matt founded ZOKRI and leads many of our consulting and training engagements himself. His expertise is in strategy, OKRs and execution, and his strongest skills are communication, facilitation and critical thinking. That consulting craft is built on a foundation of product, marketing and sales leadership, and on his experience as a CEO and VC-backed founder who has successfully exited.

On engagements he tends to work at the seam between strategy and delivery: helping leadership teams make the hard choices a real strategy demands, then turning those choices into OKRs a whole organisation can act on. He wrote most of the methodology behind the Knowledge System, and much of the strategy and OKR thinking on this site carries his name for that reason.
