Matt Roberts

Matt is the founder of ZOKRI and author of Force Multipliers. His background was originally in media, advertising and digital marketing. He founded his first technology company in 2009, exiting in 2016.

Having held positions like Chief Strategy Office, and Chief Product Officer in addition to various sales and marketing roles, he offers a rare combination of perspectives and skills. Clients benefit from a deep understanding of strategy, OKRs, product management, sales, marketing, fund-raising and the challenges of scaling.

Matt’s passion is rapid value delivery, and together with the team, many of the frameworks and tools we use are geared towards this goal.

Ian Harvey

Ian is a Strategy and OKR thought leader with over 30 years of experience, helping organizations ranging from world leaders to ambitious startups and scale-ups.

His unique professional journey spans roles as a strategist, software engineering leader, product manager and a co-founder. This multidisciplinary background equips him with a comprehensive perspective, making him a valuable consultant capable of quickly identifying capabilities that hold an organization back.

In the last four years, Ian has focused on collaborating with C-suite executives of startups and scale-ups, aiding them in articulating their strategic vision and bringing it to life through effective OKR frameworks. His work has led to enhanced strategic clarity and execution for these organizations.

Glen Westlake

Glen has been consulting to small and large enterprises for over 30 years covering all types of businesses. Starting in information management he established a leading consultancy firm around data and analytics which grew to include performance management and strategic consulting. This business was sold to make way for a predictive marketing software platform, where Glen applied AI for enterprise business growth back in 2014. This company was sold and freed Glen up to continue exploring the application of AI to drive better business growth. In recent years Glen has invested and mentored many tech companies that support business growth, particularly using AI and data.

Doug Hall

After a 35-year leadership and management first career in the Computer Industry Doug pivoted to a second career as a Business Coach. 

The initial system he deployed in 2016 is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as a Certified EOS Implementer until 2021 then as a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide. In 2023 he gained certification as a Scaling Up Coach, further supporting my business model as an Independent Leadership Team Coach. Each certification added management tools to tailor a Business Operating System unique to each client Leadership Team.

Doug joined ZOKRI’s team in 2023, adding new frameworks like OKRs to Doug’s capabilities.

If you’d like to use our management software, our implementers take your plans and get them up and running in ZOKRI. Examples of things they do are: integrating ZOKRI with your tools. Getting appraisal forms that were in documents configured in ZOKRI.

They are also responsible for training your staff, and providing them with responsive and proactive support in the early months. Their scope can also include producing training videos and written assets.

Success for them requires high levels of weekly engagement with your strategy and OKRs. This means being able to watch better conversations happening, issues being resolved and accelerated OKR achievement.
