We do this through strategic consultancy, leadership development, proposition development, costs rationalisation, sales & marketing strategy and and customer engagement.
Our heritage is primarily within Business, Marketing Services and Technology sectors but we have worked across most sectors from start ups to blue chips.

Working with CEOs, COOs and CMO’s our focus is primarily on mid-sized and start-up businesses where our experience and agility can be especially helpful.

We bring extensive expertise along with real world pragmatism and a practical approach evident in our core offerings.

Our projects include:

1. Helping a European Technology business create their value proposition, growth strategy, objectives, and UK market penetration. This included Leadership training and coaching.

2. Creating a single global organisation from 3 separate businesses – organisational alignment, structure, value proposition, go to market strategy and costs rationalisation

3. Helping a Marketing services agency with business and marketing strategy, proposition and go to market, with supporting sales support. This included Leadership coaching and training.

Proven experience of partnering with head office & multi site teams up to board level, across the UK and Europe. Sessional Lecturer for CIPD Employee Engagement module (CHRP and CHRM).

Sue’s roles include working with Landsec, Orange, Lehman Brothers Debenhams, Collinson, MITIE, Yell, and Clear Channel.
