I've worked at a major management consultancy and know the value a strategy can have on big corporates. This is literally perfect for SMBs. Especially start-ups and those scaling up. It is light on jargon and big on 'how to'. The bit most management books like this leave out. This book is great because it tells you and then shows you how to create a really good 'genuine' strategy, how to set goals that can and will actually make a difference, how approach the tricky subject of culture building, and how to make sure the right people are on your mission, and how to keep them. Which is usually spread across three books. If your revenue is stuck or you want to to unlock fast growth and want a structured approach to scaling you will love this.

What I loved about this book is how complex topics were distilled into easy to read and concise sections. It strikes the perfect balance of enough detail to fully grasp the practical learnings without overloading the reader with jargon and non essential information. The process is easy to follow and really lays the ground work for an effective growth strategy. Reading this book was a few hours well spent, I'd recommend.
