The coaching has had a significant impact on both my personal and professional development. Personally, it’s helped strengthen my self-belief and provided much-needed self-validation. I’ve been able to address and overcome challenges related to imposter syndrome, and helped me identify some of my strengths that I was previously unaware of, which I now use to my advantage. Professionally, the sessions have boosted my overall confidence, especially in knowing that my line manager trusts me and is happy with the work I’m delivering.
