The consultants maintain the Knowledge System and embed it as part of a customer's LLM, supported by a full-time in-house team of software engineers and designers. The software is optional: a strategy, KPI and goal management hub for customers who do not already have one. None of it is outsourced. It is made and looked after by people who sit alongside the consultants and hear what real engagements need.
