Florent is our GTM-focused lead. Where Ian and Matt naturally focus on product-led growth, Florent brings a go-to-market perspective and helps sharpen and align a marketing-led growth strategy. Marketing teams tend to welcome him straight into their planning conversations.
He works on the demand side of the strategy: positioning, the customer action you are actually trying to provoke, and the marketing goals that ladder up to it. His job is to make sure the go-to-market plan and the company OKRs are telling the same story rather than pulling in different directions.
