Our goal is to deliver quality content on topics that surround business growth. We welcome anyone who has great experience in HR (Human Resources) topics, business goal setting, Objectives and Key Results, Agile ways of working, Performance Management and Company Culture.
We publish pieces as they are written by outside contributors who will have a wide range of opinions, techniques, tips and tricks for success. All pitches and contributions must meet our guidelines prior to being published on ZOKRI.
We are an OKR Software Platform that gives teams in an organization a common place to agree and deliver on the goals that really matter. Our contributor community is an essential part of our overall mission to help teams achieve more in an effective and productive way.
There are no set-in-stone or strict criteria for length or style of writing – all we ask is that you consider breaking your article into sections (with subheadings and consistent formatting) to boost clarity and help the reader follow along as the article progresses. As a general rule of thumb, content length should be between 800 and 1,000 words and can include images if you wish.

ZOKRI reserves the right to reject articles that don’t adhere to the guidelines above. We will also reject articles that are submitted on behalf of your CEO, your manager or a nameless member of the team.
Press releases, listicles and product reviews are unlikely to be interesting to our readers and therefore will be rejected.
Please note that we may remove content at any time. On occasion our editors may update the title of your article or change the featured image. We please ask that you make your article SEO friendly and that the readability of your post is set to Good, as per the recommendations of YOAST.
