Role & Responsibilities

- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress towards goals.
- Optimize the widespread use of ZOKRI to track and analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.
Execution and Project Management
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure the effective execution of the growth plan.
- Facilitate regular meetings with teams to provide guidance, track progress, and address any roadblocks.
Reporting and Communication
- Use ZOKRI to provide updates on the progress, challenges, and results of the growth revival initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive team members, to ensure alignment and support for the growth strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various teams, fostering open communication and alignment across the organization.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
