We retired the word "activities". Here's what replaced it.
Key Results measure outcomes. The work that moves them is not one undifferentiated pile of "activities" — it's three distinct things, tracked differently.
Initiatives
Discrete projects you take on to move a Key Result. They start, they finish, they are done.
Process Commitments
Repeating behaviours a team commits to each week, because consistency is what moves the metric.
Experiments
Tests of a belief: if we do X, we expect Y. Run them, read the evidence, update the plan.
