A look, not a project: find out which economy you are running.
The Human OS Score is a structured, environment-level assessment: which economy you are running, whether human thriving is on your instrument panel, whether you are in balance, and where your environment fits your people and where it does not. A compass, not a verdict.
It is deliberately small. Weeks, not a transformation you have to believe in first. One team is enough to start. What comes back is a baseline and, more usefully, a shape: where the environment fits its people and where it quietly does not, in plain language, with every weak spot paired with the better state and a first move.
The results are presented as leading indicators of the customer and shareholder outcomes you already track, on the same metric tree, not in a wellbeing silo. That linkage is the point: it is how the humane thing and the commercial thing stop being separate conversations.
Whether the system fits its humans, never whether a given human measures up. This is the difference between us and surveillance-ware.
Team and organisation level. No individual scores handed to managers. Consent, anonymity thresholds and data ownership stated in writing before anything is collected.
Every dimension grounded in recognised research, credited: SCARF, Self-Determination Theory, allostatic-load research. Where a dimension is a v1 estimate, we say so.
The Score points; it does not judge. It is always delivered coach-paired, because a number alone reduces a unique human to a digit, the exact sin this exists to end.
What you get
The Score and the shape: a headline reading and the dimension profile, shape foregrounded over the single number. The map: where the environment fits its people and where it does not, optimistic and specific. The linkage: how the weak spots connect to business outcomes you already care about. And a facilitated readout that surfaces which of the four root questions your leadership team has not yet faced, which is where the Score stops being a report and becomes momentum.
How it starts
With one team, and a conversation. If the essays opened a question for you, the Score is how you find out where your company actually stands, and it is designed so you can take the look without committing to a journey.
The thinking is free and stands on its own: the reframe, the biology, the questions.
A conversation with Matt is where it begins: what the Score would measure in your context, what it costs, and whether it is the right first step at all.
